We have rented numerous houses all over the Surf City area for years and Treasure on Topsail Island is by far our favorite place to stay. We have rented it twice so far, and definitely plan to return. The location is perfect, the house is incredibly clean and comfortable, the private balconies and view of the ocean off of every bedroom are amazing, (look for dolphins swimming by!), the elevator is a huge perk when unloading and loading luggage, and the property manager goes above and beyond to be communicative and helpful. Stay here! You will love it!
The owner is absolutely wonderful and shared her beautiful home with us for our family when they were visiting from Alaska. We all had a wonderful time watching the dolphins, collecting shells, star gazing from the deck, games for us to play, family dinners, and down time relaxing. Every room has ocean front views to watch the sun rise and set. We will definitely be returning for weekend and week long vacations for family memories!! Thank you Cindy!!!!

This home is wonderful! Plenty of space and every room has the most beautiful view of the ocean! Even though we didn’t have young children with us, we noticed that the closets are stocked full of things to make a trip with children easier-high chairs, pack and plays, etc. We enjoyed our stay so much and we are looking forward to visiting again!
We had a great stay at this beach house. The location was right on the beach and made it easy with kids. The house was setup well for groups with the number of rooms and amenities. Would definitely stay here again.
This was a great house with plenty of space for a group to spread out and enjoy the beach and the views! It was very easy to go with minimal packing. Two washers and dryers meant we only brought clean clothes home. The kitchen was equipped well. Sharp knives, a keurig and drip coffee maker, lots of dishes for a big crowd made preparing meals easy! Lots of already made beds made getting settled super easy! Great getaway location!
Great location- far enough away from the public beaches in Surf City to avoid any crowds. We had plenty of beach to ourselves.
Layout of the house is awesome and the elevator is very convenient! The kitchen is stocked with all the essential tools- we brought a lot with us and hardly used any of our own pans/appliances/utensils.
There are also cards, games, books, sand toys, and all the TV options you could possibly want.

We loved the houses proximity to the beach. It was so nice to not have to pack beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards and beach toys. Everything was easily accessible on the deck on our way down to the beach.

The views from the house are wonderful. We saw dolphins right from the beach, found tons of shark teeth and even saw sea turtles nesting/hatch during a beach walk. We loved evenings of playing cards on the deck and listening to the waves.

We rent on the NC beach nearly every summer and this was the best location and facilities we’ve ever had. The floor plan is ideal for traveling with kids and multiple families. Everyone has their own space plus room to have communal meals. It truly is a treasure.
